Live Inventory System - Our site is designed to only allow you to order products we currently have in our warehouse. With our live inventory system, everything available on the site is in stock and ships from Canada. We do not ship from USA based warehouses which means Canadians addresses will never have to wait while your item sits at customs.
Same Day/Next Day Shipping - We ship all orders within the same day or next day depending on when the order is received. You will have the option of different shipping methods to ensure you receive your item fast.
We will do what it takes to make you happy. We have competitive shipping and return policies and if we don't stock an item you are looking for let us know and we will do our best to get the special orders to you quickly.
Why are you prices more than the US online stores?
You need to compare apples to apples. ElleStyles.ca price is the final price you pay. When you purchase from the US the initial display price may seem less expensive however you need to remember you will be charged the US exchange rate and duties & taxes at customs. Also the US shipping rates are on average over $18 US dollars and can be as high as $30 US dollars. ElleStyles.ca offers cheaper shipping and you do not have to wait weeks for it to clear customs.

Is it safe to purchase items though ElleStyles.ca?

No. All items are warehoused in Canada.

Can I purchase out of stock or special order items?
Please contact us about which item on our site or special order item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to get the item to you quickly. Please note as some items are discontinued from our suppliers it may not always be possible to get all out of stock or special order items.
Are gift cards available?
Yes, gift cards are available for purchase. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Physical gift cards are also available. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
How discreet will the packaging be?
At ElleStyles we understand the need for discretion. All items shipped from ElleStyles are packed in non-descript mailing pouches or boxes.
I need my outfit, how can I receive my exchange faster?
If you are in need of your exchange quickly, you may want to consider placing an additional order for the item you need and then returning the item you want to exchange that same day. We will then issue a refund for the original item once it is returned.
How do I return an item?
ElleStyles will gladly accept eligible merchandise received within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the package for a refund or store credit. Eligible items requesting to be returned must be in there original unworn conditions & packaging. The customer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) online before the merchandise is mailed back to ElleStyles.
We cannot accept returns on seasonal costumes, thongs, underwear, panties, stocking, body stocking, eye lashes, pasties, pantyhose, wigs, items that have been warn, laundered, tags removed, smell like cigarette smoke/body odor/perfume, stained, not returned in the original packaging or price reduced or clearance items.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the customer’s order was shipped using a FREE SHIPPING special, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the original shipping cost.
ElleStyles is not responsible for shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
